The Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is a water-based toner that deeply exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin cells and making the skin smoother and more even. Regular use improves the appearance of the skin and reduces the visibility of fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging. This formulation also contains a Tasmanian pepperberry derivative that soothes the skin and reduces irritation. It can also be used on the scalp to restore balance and hydrate.
